I am Johnny Acevedo and I run this on my own. I am on a ladder for most of the working day, so a text often gets answered faster than a call — I can read it between windows and I cannot always pick up.
Whichever you choose, the person reading it is the person who will be at your house.

You get me, not a front desk and not an answering service.
If I am up a ladder or driving I will miss it, and I call back the same day. There is no office, no dispatcher and nobody who takes a message and forgets to pass it on.

Usually the fastest way to reach me, because I can answer between windows.
The message opens already written; add your town and send it. Text before 7pm and you get an answer the same day. Only three of the seventeen window cleaners I checked in this area let you text them at all.

Send me a photo
The most accurate way to get a number without me driving over.
Two or three photos from the outside, plus one of the worst window, and I can price it properly. Hard water, painted-shut sashes and 15 years of grit in the sills all show up in a photo, and all three change the job.

Good for the longer questions, or if you would rather write it down.
I read email in the evening, after the day's jobs, and reply by the next morning. Tell me your town and roughly how many windows. A call or a text still reaches me faster.

6am to 8pm
Monday to Saturday. Sundays I am off.
Those are working hours, not phone hours. Text me whenever it suits you — it will be waiting when I am off the ladder, and you will have an answer the same day if you send it before 7pm.

No unit, no office, no call center. If a business in this trade routes you to an 855 or 888 number, you are talking to a booking desk in another state.
