Estimates are estimates. Quotes are quotes.

The number the estimator shows you is a starting price based on what you told it. The quote is the number I give you after I have counted your windows, and that one is fixed. I count your windows before I start, I tell you the number, and that number does not move on the day. If I find something I did not expect, I tell you before I touch it — not after.

The minimum charge

$180 for exterior work and $240 inside and out. A drive plus a setup costs more than a five-window job earns, so very small jobs are priced at the minimum rather than turned away.

Booking, and moving a booking

Booking is a message either way. I text you before I set off. If you need to move or cancel, text me — there is no fee and no form. If the weather makes the job pointless, I will say so and we move it.

Paying

You pay when the job is finished, not before. No deposit and no card on file.

What I will not claim

Hard water spotting and mineral etching do not always come off. I test one pane first and tell you honestly what will and will not shift before you agree to anything. Damage that was already in the glass or the frame — failed seals, scratches, cracked putty, rotten sills — was there before I arrived and I will point it out rather than clean over it.

I do not go on roofs, and I do not clean windows I cannot reach safely. If a window is out of reach, I say so before quoting it, not after.

If something is wrong

Call or text me within 7 days and I return and redo it at no charge. No forms, no arguing. If rain dirties your glass within 7 days of my visit, I come back and touch it up free. No membership required.

Insurance

I carry liability insurance. If you want to see the certificate before I start, ask and I will send it.
